Refund policy
Since each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, or if you ordered the wrong size or color.
We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged during production.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged from production, or if you receive the wrong item. We would like to resolve any issues as quickly as possible for you. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or reprint, and you will need to provide pictures of the damaged product upon contacting us for a reprint or refund.
We are not responsible for damage to products once they have shipped. If your product(s) have been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
Custom Products
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective during production. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your custom product(s).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (you are responsible for paying return postage), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You are responsible for paying costs to return the product(s) to iheartewe Designs, including a restocking fee of $10 (USD), which will be deducted from your refund, if approved.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
